Wie können zielgerichtetes arbeitsplatznahes Lernen gefördert und dessen Lernergebnisse dokumentiert werden? Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt ein Weiterbildungskonzept vor, das einee spezifisch an diese Anforderungen angepasste Software integriert. Wie dieses Konzept eingesetzt werden kann, zeigt der Autor am Beispiel eines Betriebes in der Abfallverbrennung auf.

English Abstract

How can job-related learning be fostered so that it is successful and not left to chance? And how can the learning processes and results of job-related learning be documented appropriately? These were the initial questions for the continuing education concept that was used with the employees of a German incinerator facility and that is presented in this article. Developed by the TU Hamburg-Harburg, the concept better systematises and documents informal learning. Work-integrated learning is accompanied by software that is specifically adapted to support new employees during training and to increase the qualifications of more experienced employees. The basic principles of this concept - namely orientation to typical work processes, structuring of previously random informal learning, visualisation of the learning process and the competences that are gained - can also be transferred to comparable sectors.
