English Abstract

This article introduces the WIFI learning model LENA (from the German "LEbendig und NAchhaltig Lernen", learning in a lively and sustainable way) which was developed in 2009 in cooperation with Rolf Arnold in order to prepare adults as well as possible for the fast pace of their professional and daily lives. Based on a systemic and constructivist learning paradigm, this model should promote the participants‘ abilities to learn, accompany learning processes and strengthen self-learning competences. The author presents the methodological guideline, the S.P.A.S.S. grid, and the path to its implementation - a great operative challenge for the organisation. One focus has been on the professionalisation of the trainers. The article concludes with the prospects for WIFI as a learning organisation and the new examination didactics.
